Rules
and Regulation
· Meats, vegetables, or fruit fillings may be prepared prior to arrival.
·
Batch
of foods to be judged is to be prepared at the festival grounds.
·
Check
in time will be after
·
Cooks
are to prepare and cook in a sanitary manner as possible.
·
The
Chief Cook is responsible for the conduct of the team and guests and also must
see that their area is kept clean during and after the festival.
·
NO
samples will be accepted after the time limit is called. NO EXCEPTIONS.
·
Judging
time will be announced the day of the event….all entry samples must be in the
judges’ hands at the specified time.
·
Contestants
must supply all equipment needed and supplies.
·
Judging
containers will be provided
·
The
Raymondville Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to make additional
regulations as situations warrant.
·
The
Raymondville Chamber of Commerce will not be held responsible for accidents,
theft or any mishaps during the festival.
·
Prizes
for every category.
·
Holes
or dug pits are not permitted.
·
Limited
spacing.
