Wild In Willacy Poster Contest
Deadline for enries: October 12, 2007 Theme: Wild Life and Nature
Age Category: Willacy County High School Students
General Rules
Each participant must be enrolled with in a Willacy County School District.
Minimum size: 8 1/2" X 11" Maximum size: 22' X 28"
Any medium of drawing material may be used.
3 dimensional posters will not be accepted.
Group projects, computerized artwork, or photographs will NOT be accepted.
All artwork must be the contestant's hand-done creation.
Only 1 entry per student.
All posters will be judged by the following criteria: Does the poster express the topic theme? Does the poster show originality by the student? Is the poster neat? Does the poster show artistic merit and creativity?
Awards
Prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.
1st place winner's artwork in each category will be used for the promotion of the 2008 Wild in Willacy Brochure and other advertisements.
