Over the past 15 years, the Hunke Ranch has grown from approximately 15oo acres to over 4000 acres through the purchase of three additional pieces of land. It is one continuous tract of land with the King to the east, the Corbett Ranch to the South, and East Ranch to the North. The Hunke Ranch has once again won the Valley Land Fund Wildlife Photography contest and will have this year's publication dedicated to them. Unique ranch habitat conservation and ranch preservation have been practiced here for years. Exotice wildlife breeding programs are also an important part of the ranch.
